Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual SIM now available in Orange Telkom Kenya stores

Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual SIM is now retailing in Kenya at a recommended retail price of KES 13,800.

The device is available at Orange Telkom Kenya retails stores in a range of colours including orange, white and black.

The phone offers five great integrated Microsoft experiences, a wide-angle 5 megapixel front facing camera, and a spacious 5 inch display.

The Lumia 535 Dual SIM is versatile through which users are able to make Skype video calls with the 5 MP wide angle front facing camera and seamlessly switch between voice and video with built-in Skype integration; access, edit and share Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents and OneNote notebooks wherever you are, with the pre-installed Office suite; save and sync photos, videos and Office documents securely with 15GB of free OneDrive cloud storage and connect with work and personal e-mail while on the go, with Microsoft Outlook built-in; showcase photos and videos or get even more productive with the large, 5 inch qHD display as well as being able to receive calls or texts and be reachable on both SIM cards at any time with Smart Dual SIM for maximum flexibility.

“Many people, especially the younger audience, aspire to own the latest flagship smartphone but often don’t have the means to get it,” says Mariam Abdullahi, General Manager Microsoft Mobile Device Sales, East Africa.

“With access to the best services right out of the box, including the Windows Phone 8.1 update, Lumia Denim, The Lumia 535 Dual SIM helps people do more of what they want, for less,” she says.

The phone has a 5 inch screen, the latest Windows Phone operating system and access to a range of Microsoft services, the Lumia 535 Dual SIM making it an ideal device to offer tech savvy customers.

Orange Telkom Kenya Chief Executive Officer Vincent Lobry, said his firm will offer the device for a limited period, at a discounted launch price of KES 8,450 at selected Orange outlets including GPO – Mega, Extelecomms – next Co-operative house, T-Mall, Galleria and Sarit centre in Nairobi.

The phone has a free Free global HERE Maps, HERE Drive+ and Free HERE Transit available in the Store

It possesses a 5” qHD 960×540 screen Sunlight Readability display, 1905 mAh battery and 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor.

The main camera has a 5 MP AF, Lumia Camera possessing an LED flash, while front facing camera has a 5 MP wide-angle Fix focus FWVGA 864*480 for video recording and video playing.

The Microsoft Lumia 535 535 Dual SIM also comes with 8GB and 15GB free OneDrive of memory and a micro SD of up to 128GB
